We collect only what you give us: your name, email, company and the details you include in a project enquiry or newsletter signup. We also collect anonymised, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you request, send the newsletter you opted into, and improve the website. We do not sell or rent personal data, ever.
AI tools
Inputs submitted to our free AI tools are processed to produce your output and stored only in anonymised, aggregate form for usage counts. We do not use them to train models.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your theme and language preferences. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@velixorlabs.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging and regular third-party security review.
